Welcome to Babylogue — Stories of Growing Up.

By accessing www.babylogue.in or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and other applicable store policies.

1. Our Products and Services

Babylogue creates personalised photobooks, posters, digital keepsakes and related memory-preservation products.

Products are customised using photographs, stories and information provided by customers. Product descriptions, formats, prices and available features are displayed on the relevant product pages.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability and acceptance by Babylogue.

We reserve the right to contact customers if additional information is required to complete an order.

3. Customer-Submitted Content

Customers may submit photographs, names, dates, personal stories and other materials for inclusion in their personalised products.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

You have the necessary rights or permissions to share it.
You are authorised to provide personal information and photographs relating to any children featured.
The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

You retain ownership of the photographs and other original content you submit.

You grant Babylogue a limited permission to use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to design, produce, deliver and support your order, including sharing them with authorised service providers involved in fulfilment.

This permission does not automatically authorise public advertising or social media use.

4. Design Process and Approvals

Our standard process involves receiving customer memories, preparing a personalised design, requesting customer approval and producing the final product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs carefully, including names, dates, spelling, image selection and layout.

Production may begin once final approval has been received.

Material changes requested after approval may involve additional charges or delays, which will be communicated before proceeding.

5. Photographs and Image Quality

The quality of printed and digital products depends partly on the resolution and condition of customer-submitted images.

We may recommend replacing low-resolution photographs where necessary.

Minor variations in printed colour, paper appearance and finish may occur due to printing processes and display differences.

6. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on customer response times, design approvals, printing capacity, shipping providers and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable shipping charges and available delivery areas are communicated at checkout.

7. Digital Products

Digital products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

Any digital hosting, sharing or storage service will be subject to the specific features, availability and terms communicated for that product.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically include indefinite cloud storage unless expressly stated in the product description.

8. Intellectual Property

Babylogue's original designs, templates, branding, logos and website content remain the property of Babylogue or their respective rights holders.

Customers may use purchased personalised products for personal purposes. Commercial reproduction or resale of Babylogue's original designs requires permission.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our published Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Privacy

We process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Photo & Memory Privacy Policy.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update products, features and website content from time to time.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory rights or remedies available under consumer protection law.
